Cancellation policy

Declaration

In accordance with Italian Civil Law, the regulations of the IAH (International Hotel Association) and of FIAVET (International Federation of Travel Agents), cancellations will be accepted without cost penalty only if they are notified by e-mail, or via fax to no. 0039 041 5416610, at least 3 days prior to the date of check-in.

After that time, or in a case of "no show", a "penalty" of the cost of one overnight stay will be assumed to have been tacitly accepted.
