The "Charme and Relax" establishments in Italy are the complete opposite of anonymous hotels. They have been created in palaces or manor houses and, maintaining the original architectural features, they offer a service of excellent quality which combines respect for tradition, the pleasure of refined luxury with the most modern technology.

The city of Venice is in three distinct parts: the old city of Venice, the islands of the Lagoon and the boroughs on the mainland. Our establishment is in Venice- Tessera, one of the mainland boroughs. The location is very handy for the Venice-Marco Polo International Airport.

The price is per room.
Is breakfast included and how is it?
Yes, breakfast is included and you have a choice of coffee, cappucino, milk, butter, cream, tea, herbal teas, fruit juice, yoghurt, biscuits, cereals, croissants, brioches, plum cake, crisp bread, bread and marmalade.
What are the check-in an check-out times?
You can check in at any time, round the clock. Check-out is by 10.30.
On which floor is the accommodation?
The establishment is within a villa, on ground and first floors.
Are linen and towels supplied or must we bring them?
The supply of a complete set of bed and bath linen is included in the price.
Are there non-smoker rooms?
Al our rooms are non-smoker; you can smoke in the garden.
Is there a tv in the room?
Yes, there is a tv in every room.
Is there a telephone in the room?
Yes, all the rooms have a telephone.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, each room is equipped with independent air conditioning; it is included in the price.

Yes, this is available for the guests.

Yes, there is a porter available round the clock.

Breakfast is served from 07.00 till 10.00.
Is there parking?
Yes, and it is included in the price. The parking area is spacious and there is no problem with large cars.
How far is the nearest bus stop?
There are bus stops for both directions within a few yards of the B&B.
How do you get to the centre of Old Venice from the B&B?
Take the No. 5 ACTV bus.
Where can we buy bus tickets?
You can buy bus tickets in Venice in tobacconists and in some shops. In addition to single-journey tickets, there are time-limited tickets that are valid for both the buses and the waterbuses. Public transport in Venice is provided by the ACTV Company, who operate an integrated network of bus and waterbus (vaporetti) routes. The "VeniceCard" is also available, which, in addition to transport includes, admission to museums, public toilets and the Casino.
Which is the nearest railway station?
Venice-Santa Lucia.From there go to Piazzale Roma and take bus N0. 5, getting off at the church in Tessera. Go into Via Tessera and you will find the "Charme and Relax Ca' Tessera" 400 yards down, at N0. 151.
How do you get to your B&B from Mestre station?
From Mestre station take ACTV bus No. 15 and get off at the penultimate stop on Via Triestina. "Charme and Relax Ca' Tessera is at No.151.
How do you get to your B&B by car?
Arriving on the A4 from the west, keep to the left after the Venice tollbooth and take the Mestre Tangenziale (by-pass)direction Trieste. Leave at the sixth turn-off, Belluno- Jesolo-Aeroporto, and follow the signs for the Airport. At the end of the motorway turn right and turn right again at the next fork into Via Triestina; the "Charme and Relax Ca' Tessera" is 400 yards along, at No. 151. Take the No. 15 bus from Marco Polo Airport and get off at the second stop on Via Triestina (5 mins. circa); the "Charme and Relax Ca' Tessera" is at No. 151.

From Treviso Airport take the "Eurobus Service ATVO" shuttle to Venice. At Venice (Piazzale Roma) take the No. 5 and get off at the church in Tessera; go into Via Triestina and the "Charme and Relax Ca' Tessera" is 400 yards along, at No. 151.
Is there a restaurant on the premises?
No, but there are plenty of good restaurants, trattorie and pizzerie nearby.
